To receive your cargo (release / release order in the ROLIS system)

1. 1Make sure the shipper has released the cargo: a telex release has been issued, or the original bills of lading have been surrendered to the carrier, if issued.
2. 2Provide the carrier's office with the original power of attorney from the consignee under the bill of lading. The template and requirements are in the Documents section on the line page. Electronic document exchange is temporarily unavailable.
3. 3If you have not received the nomination before the vessel's arrival, write to mazur.d@login-nmp.ru and shalova.k@login-nmp.ru and confirm the nomination in ROLIS after notification.
4. 4Make sure the freight has been paid and your company has no outstanding debts to the carrier or its agent.
